Will Jews Crown the Antichrist as Messiah?

Every week, I answer a common question related to the end times. Today’s is about whether the Antichrist must first be accepted by the Jews as Messiah and broker a peace deal with Muslim nations before the Temple can be rebuilt.

Question:

It seems to me that the majority of end-time ministries are looking to Europe to choose the Antichrist. My question is, doesn't the Jewish religion have to choose this man as Messiah first? And doesn't he have to be able to get the Muslim nations to make a peace treaty with Israel so they can build the Temple? The Muslims are the only ones trying to stop it. I've heard Orthodox Jews say the Messiah has to come first before they build the temple.
