When Was Satan Really Thrown Out of Heaven?

Every week, I answer a common question related to the end times. Today’s is about where the Bible says Satan was cast out of Heaven and how he can still be accusing us before God if he’s already been thrown out.

Question:

Where does the Bible actually say Satan was thrown out of Heaven? It seems hinted at everywhere, in Genesis, Job, Luke, and Revelation. And Jesus said He watched Satan fall like lightning. But if Satan was already cast out, how is he still accusing us before God day and night? It feels like a contradiction, but I’m convinced there’s something here we’re supposed to understand about spiritual warfare.
