Will My Sins Be Brought Up at the Judgment Seat of Christ?

Every week, I answer a common question related to the end times. Today's is about whether forgiven sins will be brought up at the judgment seat of Christ, even though Jesus said we'll give an account for every idle word.

Question:

If I've truly repented and turned from the way I used to live — and though I still stumble every day, I'm cleansed daily by the blood of Jesus — will those sins be brought back up and held against me at the judgment seat (the Bema) of Christ? I'm confused because Jesus said we'll give an account for every idle word we've spoken.
