Words Are Not Enough
How do we build bridges of trust with the Jewish people after 2,000 years of antisemitism from people who called themselves “Christian”? Not by professing love or arguing on their behalf—but by taking action. As James writes, “Faith without works is dead.” Yeshua himself warned that on judgment day, He will say to some, “Inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these members of My own family, you did not do it to Me.” Today we sit down with Raphael Herbst, Deputy Director of Magen David Adom—Israel’s only national ambulance and blood service. With 34,000 volunteers and 3,000 employees, MDA has been saving Israeli lives since 1930. Raphael shares heroic stories from October 7th, explains why armored ambulances are critical, and describes how Christian support has been a “beacon of light” during Israel’s darkest hours. This is how we demonstrate genuine faith—by acting on behalf of Yeshua’s human family.
